Based on the self-developed AiGOAL cloud IoT-as-a-service platform, EstiNet integrates state-of-the-art AR smart glass devices and smart phones to build “AiGOAL AR” remote tutoring solution. AiGOAL AR utilizes a stand-alone SIP communication system developed by EstiNet, allowing real-time voice calls and first-person perspective video view between field workers and remote tutors. This solution enables highly-efficient discussion mode in remote way, which greatly helps problem solving in working fields.
AR Remote Communication Function
After starting the remote tutoring function, the AR smart glass will show the list of remote tutors. By choosing a tutor to be called, the AiGOAL AR system will creates video/voice streaming to the chosen tutor via the AiGOAL SIP system. After the session is initiated, the camera view and voice of the user’s AR glass will be transmitted to the remote tutor’s smart device. Both sides can use high-quality video/voice calls to discuss in real time and expedite problem solving and tutoring.
AR Big-Data Task Suggestion Function
AiGOAL AR Remote Tutoring solution can deliver the necessary information and suggestions to field tasks going to be performed by a field user, via our AiGOAL cloud platform. It provides work advises to field workers in real time, which can greatly reduce the possibilities that workers make mistakes unintentionally. Also, by collecting big data in industry fields, the AiGOAL platform can perform big data analysis and provides best operating parameters, formula, for each field task, enhancing the efficiency of field works.
